College Guidance Training and Community Outreach Specialist, Philadelphia Futures

This new position will be responsible for coordinating Philadelphia Futures’ efforts to offer its expertise in college access, guidance and retention services to external audiences, including high schools, colleges and community-based and other youth-serving organizations. Qualifications: Have substantial experience in developing educational programs, teaching and/or training and cultivating professional relationships. The successful candidate will have experience in and a passion for working with underrepresented students and understand the unique college guidance, admissions and financial needs of low-income, first-generation-to-college students.
