college fair helpers needed, Kensington CAPA
Posted by on November 25, 2013
Kensington CAPA is holding a college fair for students on Friday, December 6th. They need a handful of volunteers to help keep things running smoothly and make it successful for students.
On December 6th we need people from 8-3:30.
– 10 people for crowd control (you will basically be keeping traffic moving and ensuring that if a line for a given table gets to long asking people to go to another table until the line dies down).
– 2 people to watch the hospitality room (where there will be food and drinks). Just hanging out and making sure no students come in.
– 4 people to watch the doors. You will make sure no one comes in or goes out without permission.
All volunteers will be assisted by school staff. We can do shifts if needed.
Please contact Community Partnerships Coordinator Julia Boyer for more information and to sign up.
