Posted by Pennsylvania Association of College Admission Counseling (PACAC) on May 30, 2023
A dynamic college counseling program is value-added to the high school experience. Whether you are charged with building a program from scratch, or interested in tweaking your existing current offering, CCLI can help. The College Counseling Leadership Institute will be June 24th and 25th, just prior to the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) Annual Conference at Seven Springs Resort.
Join leaders from public and private colleges, as well as private, public, and Catholic secondary schools, for an in-depth dive into the nuts and bolts of running an effective college counseling program. Topics covered will include (but not limited to):
- Admissions trends and issues
- How to support and further DEIB work in our counseling offices?
- Creating and managing CEW curriculum/evidence and ACT 158 Plans for public school counselors
- Managing expectations amongst a myriad of constituents
- Effective supporting documents
- …and more!
