College and Career Fair Proposal DUE MAY 3, 2004
The college and career fair will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. The fair will be located in the auditorium where students will be eating lunch and re-convening for a reflection, so there will be a lot of student traffic perusing the booths. Each vendor will be provided a folding table and chair. Vendors are encouraged to bring materials to display, as well as handouts for students and teachers to take home. Materials may not be hung on the wall; please use tri-fold boards and other self-supporting structures. Approximately 100-150 students and teachers will be participating in the event.
