SAVE THE DATE!!!! August 21-22
In the effort to begin the 2006-2007 school-year with a common set of goals and objectives that revolve around the advancement of all Philadelphia students; the Philadelphia College Prep Roundtable is offering, ?Providing Access?Doing it Right?; a day and a half professional development conference that will enhance the knowledge base of those who promote access to and success in higher education to Philadelphia youth.
This conference will be held at the School District of Philadelphia Education Center at 440 North Broad Street on Monday and Tuesday August 21ST and 22ND.
This promises to be a dynamic and energizing two days! The Roundtable will convene some of the best and brightest locally and nationally who are involved in the College Access movement. There will be time to network with colleagues and find out the most up-to-date information about events and services offered to Philadelphia youth throughout the school year. We hope that you will spread the word to any and everyone who is involved in promoting access and success in higher education to young people.
Look out for future emails about conference happenings on the listserv in the upcoming weeks. See you there!
