Coaches and Coach Mentors, Safe-Hub

As a Safe-Hub coach, you are an essential changemaker, building relationships, realizing potential, and changing lives.
Coaching Roles:
Head Coach – Responsible for leading their team’s practice sessions. Soccer and/or instructional experience preferred. This is a paid position. (Schedule is Mon/Wed OR Tues/Thurs OR Saturday)
Flex Coach – Not assigned to a specific team, but present daily and available to fill in where needed. This is a paid position. (Schedule is Mon/Wed OR Tues/Thurs)
Coach Mentor – Coach Mentors are required to attend at LEAST 3 days per week. They will assist with the High School (Footskills FC) team practices (Mondays and/or Wednesdays), and facilitate off-field development sessions (Thursday afternoons), as well as chaperone off-site trips (Saturdays). All Coach Mentors will be matched with a number of high-school-aged mentees and meet with them 1-on-1 throughout the season. Practice schedule is listed below. Off-site trips are on Saturdays (or Sundays).
Attendance is mandatory at all required program sessions.
