Keynote Speakers:
* Phyllis C. Hunter, Phyllis C. Hunter Consulting, Inc., will address the essential elements for ensuring all children read on-grade level by third grade and continue to read strategically throughout adolescence and their lives.
* Dr. Pedro Noguera, Professor, Harvard University Graduate School of Education, will explore optimal conditions for teaching and learning.
* Dr. Susan Sclafani, Counselor to the US Secretary of Education, will give the latest update on No Child Left Behind.
