CMS Health Insurance Marketplace Workshop

The 2014 CMS Health Insurance Marketplace Workshop will take place in your region on August 14, 2014 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There will be no charge to you for this training.

The Health Insurance Marketplace Open Enrollment period for 2015 begins November 15, 2014. This one-day event is intended for CMS partners and Stakeholders who help consumers through the Marketplace process and provide basic awareness and education about the Marketplace.

More information regarding the program and logistics will be sent to you via email in early-July, including information to register and book hotel accommodations at the group rate. This session does not fulfill the certification requirements for Navigators or other assisters, or for agents and brokers. The web-based training certification for the Marketplace will be available in August.

What we are presenting this year:

An Overview of the Health Insurance Marketplace
Information on Health Insurance Literacy
Current Topics
Best Practices and Lessons Learned

NOTE: Registration requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis until each meeting reaches capacity. The number of attendees from the same organization may be limited.

For Your Convenience

The venue is close to restaurants to make it easy to get coffee, breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Also, we ask you to bring your own bag to carry your training materials.

Submit Your Questions

You can submit questions you want answered at the workshop. Look for the block provided at the bottom of the registration form. We will do our best to get to all questions received and, of course, we will still take questions from the floor.
