Closing the Health Insurance Gap for Children

Public Citizens for Children and Youth (PCCY) released a new report – “Fulfilling Pennsylvania’s Promise to Cover All Kids – Closing the Health Insurance Gap for Children” – that makes the case for expanding CHIP coverage to children who are undocumented.
