Clinician (Full-Time), Uplift
Posted by Uplift Center for Grieving Children on October 19, 2021
Uplift Center for Grieving Children in Philadelphia, PA, provides peer support groups for children and their caregivers grieving the death of someone close to them. Uplift provides grief support groups in schools during the day, at partnering organizations, and at our sites in the evenings, as well as training for professionals who work with children and families. All grief support groups are free. Uplift seeks a dynamic, team-oriented clinician with experience working directly with children and caregivers who are coping with grief and trauma for a full-time clinical position. Our ideal candidate would be enthusiastic about building and managing relationships, hold anti-racist values, and be dedicated to practicing from an anti-oppression lens.
The Uplift Clinician is responsible for implementing grief support groups virtually and in-person with children and caregivers. This position requires working some evenings and possibly some hours on the weekend.
