Clinical Research Coordinator

The PEACH (Psychology of Eating and Consumer Health) Lab at the Perelman School of Medicine is seeking a full-time research coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of various research studies. The main study supported by this position is a randomized control trial with our partners at a Philadelphia food pantry. Responsibilities include: contributing to study planning and implementation; overseeing participant recruitment and enrollment; overseeing and managing study research assistants; and assisting with grant reporting and manuscript preparation as needed.
Qualifications
BA/BS in nutrition or public health-related field and 2-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required; strong organizational skills; experience carrying out health policy or public health research a plus; clinical research experience working with older and/or Russian-speaking populations preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. A successful candidate will demonstrate cultural competency and ability to contribute to the Lab’s goals of anti-racism, equity, and inclusion. Background check required.
