Job description
The Clinical manager for Adult Behavioral health Services will oversee the delivery of adult mental health and drug and alcohol services and ensure compliance will all applicable local, State, and Federal MH and D&A guidelines. This position will also provide direct services while facilitating intakes and bio-psychosocial evaluations. The Clinical Manager works very closely with the Quality Assurance Manager and the Director of BHS to assure quality services for clients. The Clinical manager is responsible for quality and productivity of all mental health services under his/her purview.
The Clinical Manager for Adult Behavioral Health Services has internal contacts with the entire administrative staff and external contact with clients, community resources, and the community. This position has access to sensitive Congreso information and is expected to handle such information with integrity and professionalism. This position has regular contact with members of the community and is expected to represent Congreso in a professional manner.
Minimum experience: 3+ yrs of counseling experience, providing clinical services to adults. Some supervisory exp. is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is required
Minimum education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other social science related field.
Certification/License: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, License Psychologist. We will consider candidates who are working towards their licensure.
