The Career Wardrobe is the nation’s largest community-based nonprofit organization that assists low-income women transition to work by providing professional clothing, career skills and networking opportunities. The Career Wardrobe’s dressing suite and administrative office is located in Center City, and the organization serves women from throughout the Delaware Valley.
Program Coordination:
* Follow clients from appointment to end of services – coordinating paperwork, data entry and services provided.
* Assist with coordinating client referrals including organizing faxed referrals, appointment reminders and follow up calls/mailings.
* Schedule client appointments using online calendar or database.
* Organize and track clothing and workplace attire orders, shopping and invoicing (i.e. work boots, scrubs, plus size clothing).
* Coordinate Beauty Basics program, including ordering or planning targeted drives to increase beauty product inventory.
* Conduct client follow up calls to assess outcomes and identify women to be highlighted in marketing and fundraising materials.
* Assist clients with dressing appointments and train interns and volunteers on how to conduct dressing appointments.
* Manage volunteers and interns responsible for client services and inventory.
Inventory Coordination:
* Transport clothing and accessories from The Career Wardrobe to The Wardrobe Boutique.
* Responsible for loading/unloading clothing and accessories during transport.
* Sort and organize in-kind donations of clothing and accessories, including designating items for Boutique resale and tracking Career Wardrobe client clothing needs.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Calendar/Apps, Salesforce database).
* Independent worker with attention to detail and sound judgment and problem solving skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
* Access to a car for inventory transport and ability to repeatedly lift 25+ pounds.
