Philadelphia Cares Hosts Civics 101
Calling all concerned community members, grass-roots activists, and folks who just want to brush up on the basics of being a citizen in a thriving democracy! Philadelphia Cares will host civics experts who will illuminate how government works from the local through national level. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 from 6-7:30 p.m..
