City Year sponsors Open House series
City Year unites young people of all backgrounds for a year of full-time service, giving them the skills and opportunities to change the world.
As tutors, mentors, and role models, these leaders make a difference in the lives of children and transform schools and neighborhoods across Philadelphia.
City Year Philadelphia is holding a series of Open Houses to recruit participants for the next year.
The events will be held on the second floor of the Red Cross Building at 23rd and Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia on Wednesdays, March 4th, April 1st, or May 6th, from noon to 7pm.
Corps members receive a weekly living stipend, health benefits, a uniform, a T-mobile phone, and an education award.
