City surveying agencies to assess rent crisis among unemployed
Posted by City of Philadelphia Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity on April 7, 2020
Are you being contacted by workers who are laid off, not eligible for unemployment insurance and seeking help with rental assistance?
Philadelphia’s Office of Community and Economic Opportunity is collecting information to better understand the extent of this problem in the city. We are also interested in knowing basic characteristics of the people seeking help, such as age group (youth, adult, senior citizen) and occupation.
If your organization is getting these kinds of requests, please click on this link to answer a few quick questions. Thanks for your help.
