City of Philadelphia: Philadelphia Residents Survey

Engaging Diverse Communities for the Philadelphia Residents Survey
The City of Philadelphia has released the results of the Philadelphia Residents Survey, designed to measure resident experiences across all zip codes in Philadelphia. The data from this survey was used to inform the City’s top priorities moving forward in 2020.
The Office of Public Engagement was excited to join the effort to ensure that the 2019 Philadelphia Residents survey was made available to diverse communities across the city.
With the help of local partners from a wide variety of public, private, and non-profit organizations, the City was able to collect over 10,000 surveys from residents.
Feedback from residents is an essential tool for the Kenney Administration to identify opportunities for improvement, reallocate taxpayer dollars to address newer priorities, and make changes to City practices, policies, and programs.
