Choosing a Response to Workplace Change

Leadership Montco holds training on ‘change at work’
Does change at work bring good fortune about as often as it creates bad outcomes? Does it usually provide people like you an opportunity for growth? Does it usually turns out poorly for people like you?
Each of these three responses to workplace change lead to very different outcomes. A person in Victim mode expects the worse during change and chooses #3. A person in Survivor mode is more hopeful and chooses #1. Choice #2 – the Navigator – enables us to see the possibilities of change.
In a highly interactive workshop entitled Victim, Survivor or Navigator: Choosing a Response to Workplace Change, Dr. Richard McKnight will talk about qualities and habits of the Navigator, and help participants learn about how to make the best of workplace disruption,
The training will take place on Thursday, December 3rd from 8am to noon at the Willow Grove Community Center at the Giant Super Food Store, 315 York Road in Willow Grover.
Advance registration is required. Cost is $59 for members of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and $69 for others.
