Feds offer funding for CHIP outreach
The US Dept. of Health & Human Services is offering small outreach and enrollment grants for faith and community organizations or consortia of those groups of about $25,000 each. It is expected that 200 awards will be made nationally.
The funding is designed to help improve outreach to enroll eligible but uninsured children in the Children’s Health Insurance Program. For more information, click here.
