Child HealthWatch Helpline Manager, Full-Time

Position Summary: PCCY is looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for making sure that children throughout the greater Philadelphia area get the health insurance and health care they need! The Child HealthWatch Helpline Manager assists children apply for public health insurance every year, trains child-serving professionals on children’s health insurance and conducts additional community-based outreach to increase kids’ access to care. The Helpline Manager works in a team that includes PCCY’s Insurance Enroller/Community Liaison, Health Policy Director, Communications Director and student interns.
