Child and Family Advocate
Summary:
Conducts weekly home visits to pregnant women and parents with children birth to three years of age to provide information and support to families in the area of child development, health, nutrition and life skills. Implements screening and assessment tools and develops monthly lesson plans for home based services.
Requirements:
Associate degree in child development, early childhood education or related field. Experience working with parents of young children in home base setting preferred.
