Chief Operating Officer, Reflect

Job Summary: Reflect’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) will provide leadership for all aspects of Reflect’s existing and future operations. Internally, the COO will be responsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of Reflect. Externally, the COO will be a public face for Reflect, cultivating and nurturing excellent relationships with current and future programmatic partners, funders, and other stakeholders. The COO will report directly to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus excellent benefits.
