Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) is seeking a CFO to guide the financial strategy of one of the most impactful human services organization in the region. Your work would help older adults and adults with disabilities live independently, with dignity and safety.
The mission of PCA is to improve the quality of life for older Philadelphians and adults with disabilities and assist them in achieving their maximum level of health, independence, and productivity.
This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who excels at strategic planning, project management, complex funding environments, strengthening teams, and infrastructure modernization ─ and who is looking for a mission-driven context where their leadership truly matters.
The Position
PCA seeks a strategic, future-focused CFO to join its executive team and serve as a key thought partner to the President and CEO, Board of Directors, and leaders across the organization. The CFO will oversee Finance, IT, and Business Administration (contract compliance), in support of PCA’s mission and values.
