The Smart Energy Initiative and the Chester County Economic Development Council are pleased to welcome Christine Simeone to present at the 2015 Energy Briefing. Join us to gain valuable insight into 2015’s markets, policy, and opportunities, as well as keep up-to-date with our region’s energy players.
Speaker Bio
Christina Simeone is Deputy Director of the new Klienman Center for Energy Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to this post, Christina served as the Director of the PennFuture Energy Center for Enterprise and the Environment, where she focused on energy and climate issues that impact Pennsylvania. Christina has experience in private environmental consulting, in the financial management sector, with served at the PA Department of Environmental Protection, and was the policy director for former Vice President Al Gore’s climate change organization the Alliance for Climate Protection.
Christina holds a Master of Environmental Studies degree from Penn, a B.A. in Economics from the University of Miami, and B.S. in Music from Drexel University. She was recently appointed Co-Chair of the transition review committee on the Department of Environmental Protection for the incoming Wolf administration.
