Champions of Caring ISO Program Coordinator

If you are passionate about making the world a better place, and love being involved with teens, we need you! Champions of Caring, a not for profit organization is looking for a Program Coordinator/Youth Liaison. This individual will direct the organization?s community and school based programs that nurture the development of character, compassion and caring in teens. Our three programs encourage service and effective citizenship, help reduce prejudice and promote advocacy and social justice and community improvement. Over the past 8 years our program have reached thousands of high school students in the region.

Responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day office operations; Serve as liaison between office and youth; Coordinate and help facilitate events and workshops; Oversee and compile data and demographics about student participants

Necessary skills: Experience in youth leadership development, service learning, and/or community service; Strong communication, organization, and people skills; Good sense of humor; Strong team player; Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access; Must provide own transportation
