Tree House Books honors two Champions of Literacy on November 1st!
The 2017 Legacy award will be presented to Founding Board Member Dr. Eli Goldblatt [and long time PHENNDie!]. Dr. Goldblatt, Professor of English and Writing at Temple University, has been unwavering in his commitment to improving literacy and strengthening the Philadelphia community.
Our 2017 Partner of the Year award will be presented to Anna Welsh, Founder and CEO of little bags.BIG IMPACT. Ms. Welsh has pledged to donate 15% of all proceeds from her company to Tree House so that every child in Philadelphia has access to books.
