In this informational session, a representative from the Department of General Services, Bureau of Minority and Women Business Opportunities will discuss and review Pennsylvania’s Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) certification process and guide participants step-by-step through the Application for Certification as a Minority or Women Business Enterprise. Presented by the Empowerment Group in partnership with the Free Library of Philadelphia.
