CEO Policy Agenda for Philadelphia
Posted by City of Philadelphia Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity on October 10, 2023
The Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity (CEO) provides leadership on issues of economic justice to advance racial equity and inclusive growth so that all Philadelphians might share in the city’s prosperous future. DEO is a proud member of the National Community Action Partnership (NCAP) and the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania (CAAP).
We are pleased to share with you CEO’s first public policy agenda. As Philadelphia’s designated Community Action Agency, CEO has always engaged in conversations to advance policy. Recently, we contributed to the development of the public policy priorities from NCAP as well as Together We Thrive, the report and policy agenda for the City of Philadelphia’s Health and Human Services cabinet under which CEO operates.
