CYD offers a range of quality improvement services for youth programs, including intensive on-site technical assistance, core curriculum training series, and stand-alone trainings which may be scheduled at the United Way or on-site by request.
In the coming months, CYD also will begin to convene agency workgroups focused on key issues of concern for the youth work / youth development field, such as outcomes and serving high-risk youth populations. The workgroups will convene agency representatives to capture and share effective practices, facilitate shared problem-solving, and formulate priorities for systems’ and/or other advocacy.
To inform CYD’s training priorities and the work of these groups, CYD is also conducting a survey to gather information from people working in the field. The survey can be found here.
