Location: Childspace West – 4910 Wyalusing Avenue; Philadelphia, PA. 19131
Innovative worker cooperative child care center is seeking a Center Director. Applicant must have a minimum of a BA in ECE or related field, as well as past experience in direct management of a childcare program. Childspace is looking for a Director for our West Philadelphia site. This is a state of the art facility located in a transitional housing complex, where the majority of the clients/parents participate in the housing program.
As the Center Director, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to learn all aspects of our business culture, and to offer our families the highest quality child care experience in the industry.
Applicants must have knowledge of Keystone Stars and NAEYC accreditation standards as well as understand and embrace team structures and participatory management.
