CDHE Hiring Basic Science Instructors for Summer 2025

CDHE (Consotrium Dedicated to Health Equity Education) is now hiring Basic Science Instructors for our Summer 2025 Basic Science Review Course in Philadelphia! This 4-week program is designed to support students preparing for medical school by reinforcing their knowledge in key undergraduate-level sciences.
We’re looking for instructors in the following areas:
- Anatomy & Physiology
- Biology
- Biochemistry
- Chemistry
- Physics
Key Details:
- Pay: $40/hour
- Schedule: From June 2nd to July 2nd / 8–10 hours/week
Week 1: 8 hour of instruction (afternoons)
Week 2-4: 10.5 hours per week (afternoons) - Format: In-person, Philadelphia PA 19143
Who Can Apply:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- OR current medical/graduate students (must have completed at least 1 year)
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred
Instructor responsibilities include:
- Hosting live review sessions
- Using mock exam data to focus sessions
- Conducting a final mock exam to assess growth
