CCNYPA Civic Imagination Grants – Jan 18
Posted by Campus Compact of New York and Pennsylvania on December 14, 2021
Campus Compact of New York and Pennsylvania (CCNYPA) is pleased to announce the availability of Civic Imagination Grants for member and potential member campuses up to $1250 each. CCNYPA’s Civic Imagination Grant program is designed to support higher ed institutions working together in New York & Pennsylvania whether by proximity or interest in similar topics to address common issues. These Grants may focus on one of these types: Catalyst Grants, Starter Grants, and Co-Sponsorship Grants. Funds are drawn from an internal grant and have been approved by CCNYPA’s Board.
The Civic Imagination Grants build on higher education’s capacity to cultivate civic imagination, deepen civic and community engagement, and strengthen CCNYPA’s regional communities. This year, we are especially interested in supporting efforts that focus on racial healing, democratic engagement, and climate justice/change. However, we will consider applications with robust ideas that may not directly focus on these three topics.
