Job Opening: Case Manager, E3 Power Center, Congreso de Latinos Unidos
Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. is currently seeking an E3 Center Case Manager for Congreso’s E3 Center which is housed within the Education and Workforce Services Division at Congreso. The E3 Case Manager is responsible for managing a caseload of 30-40 youth and assisting them in meeting their educational and employment objectives through orientation and goal planning, setting benchmarks for individual progress, barrier removal, and continued coaching and support. The main tenants of the E3 Center program include GED and post-secondary prep instruction, job-skills preparation and work experience opportunities, and other supportive services.
