Case Manager/ Counselor, COMHAR, Inc.
Seeking a motivated individual to provide case management, support, and outreach to mental health consumers receiving assistance via a HOPWA-funded housing program. Position offers the opportunity to work in partnership with outpatient therapy and psych rehab staff.
Job Qualifications: BA degree in human services (BA in psychology, social work, or related field is preferred) + 2 years MH/MR related experience or Associate’s Degree in human services + 4 years MH/MR related experience. Valid driver’s license is required.
