We recently we’re award a contract from the Philadelphia Office of Supportive Housing to open a 2nd Domestic Violence Shelter/Safe Haven and additional supportive services for victims. We are excited to proceed to recruit for this NEW Opportunity.
Provides supervision, planning, and overall coordination of case management services for the residents at the Shelter/Safe Haven according to the philosophy and mission of the Agency. Until the operation of the new Shelter/Safe Haven, the Case Manager Supervisor will be coordinating the hotel voucher process, training with the current Case Manager Supervisor, becoming oriented with procedures, processes, operations, and trauma informed practice; and assisting with the staffing of the new Shelter/ Safe Haven. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing direct supervision, evaluation and scheduling of Case Manager Team; working with case management team and other staff to ensure a coordinated Sanctuary and Trauma informed experience; ensuring all records and reports are complete in accordance with WAA standards; and working collaboratively and communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. All responsibilities are implemented according to our mission and vision and according to Agency standards.
