Case Management Supervisor needed at Philadelphia’s largest Homeless Family Residence
The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for the Case Management and Social/Educational Services at the Family Residence.
Requirements:
MSW or MSS degree required
Minimum of 3 – 5 years supervisory experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in direct services with very low income people
Must possess written, oral and computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Responsibilities:
Providing supervision to Case Managers, Savings and Fees Representative, Youth Developer and Bright Space Coordinator
Ensuring that via the activities of the Bright Space Coordinator early childhood development resources are available and utilized consistently
Assuring that adult education workshops, on site nursing care, employment and life skills consultants are scheduled and coordinated.
Assure numerous forms, electronic submissions, client records, are complete. Primary liaison with City as it relates to social services. Coordinate and attend numerous staff trainings.
Reports to Director of Residential and Social Services
