Career Readiness: Establishing a Path for Your Future

“Career Readiness: Establishing a Path for Your Future” is a series of workshops for School District family members focusing on workforce readiness. The program is presented by the Department of Commerce and the School District of Philadelphia’s Office of Family and Community Engagement. The workshops are free and people can attend one or all of them. School District students must be accompanied by a parent to attend.
Workshops include:
- January 16: Navigating Career Pathways as a New American
- January 18: Alternatives to a Four-Year Degree
- January 31: Navigating Career Pathways as a Returning Citizen
- February 7: Presenting Your Best Self: Interviewing Techniques
- February 21: Navigating the Online Job Search
