Our featured experts will be Dr. Cathy Hammond and Ms. Cairen Withington, who recently completed a five-year longitudinal study of this issue as it relates to Career and Technical Education and Programs of Study. The study was conducted through the National Dropout Prevention Center, with collaboration from the University of Louisville, and funded by the National Research Center for Career and Technical Education.
