Please join Drexel University?s LeBow College of Business and the Offices of Equality and Disability, and Fellowship Farm, Inc. for a one-day, interactive conference on workforce diversity on Friday March 24, 2006. The conference will focus on the next steps in workforce diversity initiatives and discuss how organizational diversity can be maximized by using key skills and behaviors in organizational diversity efforts.
