Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America: Project Liaison / Capacity Building Team Leader. This position is within OICA’s the Strengthening Communities Fund (SCF) Nonprofit Capacity Building Project. The team leader will oversee programmatic and administrative success of assigned projects; evaluate and monitor provider agencies’ service programs; and provide training/technical assistance.
