The Community Design Collaborative and the Urban Design Committee of AIA Philadelphia host Campus Parks consultants Anna Forrester, City Play, Inc. and Michael LoFurno, Composite, Inc. The School District of Philadelphia’s Campus Parks Initiative aims to turn public school yards into outdoor learning environments. What does it take to envision and pay for better places to learn and play. How can neighborhood open space be created as part of the redesign of schoolyards?
