CAMPUS EARTH SUMMIT
This summit will focus on new techniques for addressing important environmental issues on campus, including assessing each school’s environmental impact, reducing energy use, and implementing more environmentally friendly purchasing policies. We’ll study what other schools are doing to address these concerns and what has succeeded and failed on other campuses. SUZANNE SAVANICK, the Coordinator of the Sustainable Campus Initiative Committee at the University of Minnesota, will lead the conference. The conference is open to anyone, and registration is free. Visit http://www.UTenvironment.org/ for more information and to register.
