Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light (PA IPL) is a statewide nonprofit organization with chapters and members across the state working to inspire and mobilize people of faith and conscience to take bold and just action on climate change. PA IPL works with congregations of all religions through educational programming and advocacy action.

Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light envisions a stable climate where humans live in right and just relationship, interconnected with a healthy, thriving, natural world. Our office is in Lewisburg, PA but as a statewide organization our staff, contractors, and volunteers work in their communities.

Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light is actively working to become an antiracist organization. We believe that relationships must be centered in justice and equity within the human family, as well as with all of the natural world. We must strive together toward this sacred goal. About the Faith Climate Justice Voter Campaign

The Faith Climate Justice Voter Campaign is a nonpartisan 501c3 Interfaith Power & Lightled campaign that includes multifaith and climate partners. IPL’s 2022 Faith Climate Justice Voter Campaign aims to inspire and mobilize people of faith to take a critical climate action: to vote. In 2020 IPL launched its first major civic engagement program to mobilize faith voters to vote for climate action. Our work grew into a multifaith coalition of groups also doing their firsttime civic engagement work at scale working towards similar goals and sharing resources so we could collectively have a greater impact.

We are building on our 2020 work this year to mobilize faith voters to communicate their values of caring for Creation and loving our neighbors through voting. Our faith values command us to protect all of Creation and to ensure that everyone is cared for. Together, we can express our values of ensuring a livable planet for our children and that everyone is cared for.
