Call for Workshop Proposals and Tabling Requests: PRISE Annual STEM Educator Conference – Oct 3

Philadelphia Regional Institute for STEM Educators (PRISE) will hold its annual STEM Educator conference on October 25, 2025 (8:30 am-2:00pm) at the new TGR Learning Lab, 7401 Lansdowne Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19151.
This free event brings together K-12 teachers, out-of-school-time educators, university faculty, administrators, high school students, and college students who are interested in, engage in, and/or advocate for high-quality STEM education. The 2025 Conference theme is: Real Work in the Real World: Empowering Students to Impact the Community Through STEM. This year’s conference will feature a keynote speaker, STEM workshops, presentations & resources from educational partners, and networking opportunities with STEM and community organizations.
PRISE is seeking:

proposals for interactive 50-minute workshops that link to the conference theme. Spaces are limited. Each selected workshop team will receive a $150 honorarium.

STEM resource tables hosted by organizations or individuals seeking to engage with conference attendees
Proposal deadline: Deadline Extended to October 3, 2025
