Posted by Drexel University on September 20, 2022

Critical Conversations in Urban Education (CCUE) will be celebrating its 10th year anniversary this coming academic year!  To honor this occasion, we are hosting a Social Justice Leadership Summit titled Good Trouble: Illuminating Anti-Racist Approaches to Educational Pathways, slated to take place virtually on Friday, February 3, 2023.

Learn more about the summit and access the call for proposals here.  You will notice that we have “Community Led Conversations” as a session type, which are planned to be facilitated by community members and community partners engaged in equity work. We hope that these Community Led Conversations will provide a forum for open dialogue and sharing of evolving practice and ideas related to critical issues in urban education. Please share widely to your networks and consider submitting a proposal.

We appreciate you helping us to circulate word of this event by sharing the Call and Flyer with your professional networks.  To learn more about CCUE, please check out our updated website: CCUE website.

Deadline for proposals: Friday, October 21, 2022

Should you have any questions, please contact Dr. Stephanie Smith Budhai, CCUE Summit Program Chair at ccuesummit@drexel.edu.
