Call for Proposals: Nonprofit Management Institute 2022: “Bridging the Divide” – Jun 9
Posted by Stanford Social Innovation Review on May 10, 2022
How do we encourage greater cooperation and collaboration in what can feel like an increasingly divisive world?
This year’s convening is designed to empower and inspire leaders of social change to bridge real or perceived divides of all types, whether it is within your organization, your community, or society at large.
Over the course of three days, we will explore issues as diverse as the vital role of civil society institutions in a potentially politically divisive environment, ways to address competing priorities that can arise between boards and the leadership teams at nonprofits or between program teams and the constituents they serve, the power of deep listening, and the importance of equity in an increasingly inequitable era, among others.
This year’s Nonprofit Management Institute, September 12-15, 2022, will be a HYBRID conference taking place take place at Stanford University and online that will include virtual guest speakers and attendees, as well as live presentations and engaging in-person workshops.
In the spirit of co-creation, we encourage you to work with us and help us to craft this year’s program. We are especially interested in interactive session or workshops featuring presenters who are able to appear in-person at Stanford.
Submit your speaker and session application for this year’s program by June 9.
