***Proposal Deadline Extended to April 22***

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping teaching, learning, research, institutional operations, and the future of academic work. Colleges and universities must move quickly from experimentation to coordinated, institution-wide strategies that align AI innovation with institutional mission and values.

The Conference on AI and Higher Education, October 28-30. 2026,  convenes experts, practitioners, and leaders from across the campus ecosystem to address persistent challenges, share emerging evidence-based practices, and develop holistic, strategic approaches to responsible AI adoption.

We invite faculty, staff, administrators, and institutional leaders to share bold ideas and practical strategies for advancing responsible AI innovation across higher education.

Submitting a proposal is an opportunity to:

  • Share your work with a national audience
  • Position yourself as a thought partner in the field
  • Connect with collaborators across institutions
  • Help define responsible, ethical, and effective AI practice

We welcome proposals across six conference tracks:
