Announcing PACDC’s 2019 Equitable Development Conference
After last year’s sold out event, we’re ready for an even deeper conversation at the 2019 Equitable Development Conference! Save the date for Wednesday, June 26th.
New this year! We’re moving to Jefferson’s Dorrance H. Hamilton Building at 1001 Locust Street. Additionally, we will invite experts in the sector to lead half-day intensive seminars for participants looking for a deeper dive into concrete solutions on Thursday, June 27th.
Are you working towards an Equitable Philly?
We’d love for you to lead a session at this year’s Conference.
We’re especially interested in presentations that enliven the conversation around creating equitable public spaces in all neighborhoods. Don’t worry if you’re not working on public space. We still welcome presenters from other diverse sectors that touch on community development! These include:
- Housing
- Economic Development
- Community Engagement
- Advocacy and Organizing
- Arts
- Education
- Healthcare
- Environmental Awareness and Sustainability
- Youth and Young Adult Empowerment
- And more!
Submit Your Presentation Here
All proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, February 22, 2019. Please send your completed fillable PDF and any associated attachments to Zakya Hall, Membership and Communications Coordinator, at [email protected]
