2009 Cumberland Valley Women’s Conference: Women Growing Sustainable Communities

Wilson College
October 3, 2009
8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

The Cumberland Valley Women’s Conference, sponsored by Wilson College, Penn State Mont Alto and Shippensburg University, is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Wilson College.  We invite you to join us at the 17th one-day conference committed to encouraging, educating and empowering women. The theme of this year’s conference is “Women Growing Sustainable Communities.”

If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a conference workshop please check out the Conference website at http://www.wilson.edu/wilson/asp/content.asp?id=2125 (conference forms are at the bottom of the page).  A proposal form is linked below with a requested return postmark or e-mail no later than Friday, July 31, 2009.

We encourage you to announce this conference to your fall semester classes. Registration forms will be available in the Women’s Center at the beginning of the semester. We will also have scholarships and transportation available for interested students on a first come first serve bases.
