Join the Philadelphia College Prep Roundtable’s 6th Professional Conference: “Continuing the Courageous Conversation: Policy, Strategy and Action”
June 2 – 3, 2014 Villanova University

After last year’s conference “Building on 20 Years: Continuing Courageous Conversations Toward 2025” , we received feedback that there was still a need for continued conversation, but it was also time to start to create action plans to ensure the success of all students. This year’s conference will look at “special populations” and how policy shapes the experiences of these populations on college campuses.

Highlighted Target Groups:

• Immigrants
• LGBQT Students
• Students w/ Disabilities
• Students who are Parenting
• Black & Latino Males
• Non-traditional Students – Adult Learners and Veterans

• Breakfast, lunch and materials are included with the registration fee
• Included in this year’s registration fee is the $35 PCPR membership fee from June 1, 2014 – May 31, 2015

If you’re interested in presenting a session you must download and complete a “Presenters Registration Form” at http://goo.gl/ZCNp53. The deadline for registration is April 18, 2014.

There are numerous ways to support the conference. Please review the sponsorship packet including exhibitor registration found at http://goo.gl/E7yvtk. Benefits to exhibiting are:

1) having an information table during the conference, an ad in the conference booklet and logo placement on the PCPR website,

2) registration as a conference attendee and

3) a year’s membership to PCPR.

Included as part of the sponsorship packet is Exhibitor Registration. Exhibitors are also conference attendees. Exhibitors can be any person or organization that provides outreach and resources to College Access and Success support (K-16) personnel.
